roof. 2-room plan, 2 storeys and attics, with substantial later addition to
rear. Gable end to road. Jettied attic storey with 2-light horizontal sash.
C20 casements and door to other floors. Red brick ridge stack with 3 joined
diagonal shafts. Lean-to addition to NW elevation.
