Circa 1890. Two storeys, symmetrical facade of 2.2.2 windows on first floor.
Centre nas a pediment with cornice, modillions, plain frieze and architrave, on
Corinthian pilasters; entablature continues along eaves and returns at the corner of
the wings. Red brick walling with first floor band; stucco features and plinth. On
each wing the ground floor has triple windows within an ornamental frame; the centre
window is a bay between doors, all below a large curved canopy having wrought iron
brackets above and below. Royal coat of arms plaque in centre of first floor; an
ornamental wrought iron bracket supports the sign on the western corner. Sash
windows.
