C16 and early C19. House of 2 storeys with attic. The old part has 3 windows with
a 2-storeyed projecting porch to righthand; attached to the east is a taller gabled
wing (of 1 window) of the later period. Red tile roofing half-hips and gables;
massive chimneys. Walling in rubble stone, probably taken from Netley Abbey with
red brick quoins and surrounds to the window openings. The extensions of the early
C19 are in similar style and include a flagged hall and staircase. Inside there are
chamfered main beams of the earliest period, an old inner door, as well as
horizontal sliding shutters.
