House. Early C19 with later alterations. Red brick with some
yellow in Flemish bond. Welsh-slate roof with brick dogtooth
eaves and end-stack to right.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellar; 3-window range. On 1st floor,
two 8/8 sashes flanking blocked central window painted to
resemble a 6/6 sash, all with reveals, painted channelled
voussoirs, keystones and sills. Ground floor has a 24-pane
fixed shallow bay-window on right; a central 6-panel door
below blocked fanlight in gauged-brick round-arched surround,
up 2 steps; and, on left, a carriage-entrance with
gauged-brick segmental arch, stone imposts, and plank double
doors. Shallow painted brick plinth with cellar grille on
right.
