Pair of cottages. Early - mid C19 frontage to probably-C16
timber-framing and with later alterations. Brick with stucco
render. Plain tile roof with brick dentil eaves. Double-depth
plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2-window range, one for each house.
Windows are plate-glazed horned sashes with projecting sills
and segmental brick arches. At centre, paired 6-panel doors
with shared hood up 2 stone steps. Right return of C20 brick.
The pair of cottages were formerly part of a terrace which
continued to the right.
INTERIOR: timber-framing to left-hand party wall, rear gable,
and roof structure.
