House. Early C19. Cottage orne, said to have been brick built
by John Nash; large extensions late C20. Painted brick,
thatched hipped roofs. Irregular plan with extensions on
either side and at rear.
EXTERIOR: one storey, one-and-a-half storeys and 2 storeys. 4
chimneys with diagonal shafts, single at ends paired at
centre. 3-light C20 leaded casement windows.
Road (north) front: 1 bay centre section of 2 storeys,
one-and-a-half storey side sections with hipped dormers, and
projecting one-storey ends. The left end with a 4-light
window, the right end with a plain door and 2-light window. A
one-bay section to left of centre with hipped entrance porch
with 2-light window on each side and a 3-light window over.
