Farmhouse. c1750 with C20 alterations. Coursed squared coal
measures sandstone with ashlar dressings, quoins, coped gables
with moulded kneelers, gable brick stacks with moulded caps.
Welsh slated roof. T-plan house. Three storeys, three bays,
formerly with stacked 2-light flush mullioned windows, now with
mullions replaced by C20 casements with single glazing bars.
Ground floor windows are C20 semi-circular bays. Central
doorway with massive quoined surround and C20 door. Single bay
lower two storey range projects from rear.
