Caton House
II
Detached house situated in its own garden. Early-mid C19. Stuccoed. Slate hipped
roof with splayed corners. Two storeys. Three bays. Corners splayed and centre
recessed. First floor two-centred arch cssements with glazing bars. Ground floor
French windows with louvred shutters and central glazed door. Across the front a
verandah with a glazed roof supported on iron columns. Small contemporary
single-storey lean-to wings with hipped roofs, in the splays at either end.
Wing at rear has plain sashes with glazing bars, and a large rendered chimney stack.
