Small house, originally farmhouse. Circa late C17 or early C18. Plastered rubble
and cob walls. Thatch roof half hipped at either end. Brick stack at left-hand
end.
Plan: originally either 1 or 2 room plan with fireplace at left gable end.
Integral outbuilding with separate access at right-hand end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1-window front of 3-light early C20 casement.
C20 gabled porch to left of centre with plank door. Douole doors to outbuilding at
right-hand end.
Interior inaccessible at time of survey.
