House. Late C18/early C19 with later alterations. Brick
rendered with lined stucco. Renewed concrete-tile roof with
painted brick dogtooth eaves and brick end-stack on left.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar. 2-window range, of horned 2/2
sashes to 1st floor, smaller 3/3 sashes above, all with
painted channelled voussoirs, keystones and tile sills. On 2nd
floor at left end alternate brick courses project.
Ground floor: on left, canted bay-window with renewed
6:12:6-pane glazing and boarded cellar opening below;
round-arched doorcase on right with decorative fanlight,
renewed door, and 2 steps.
