GV II
House, now public house. Late C18 - early C19 with later alterations.
Brick with pantile roof. Plan: 3 rooms with lobby entry to left. 2
storeys, 4 bays. C20 door in original opening with painted brick cambered
arch. C19 four-pane sashes in flush wooden architraves beneath similar
cambered arches. Similar, smaller first-floor windows, that over entrance
narrower. Stepped eaves. Stone-coped gables. Wrought-iron tie-bar ends
bearing initials 'T T' to left gable. Pair of rebuilt axial stacks, end
stack to right. Included for group value.
