House. 1905, by A Randall Wells. Colourwashed brick with brick coping to gabled
tile roof; brick ridge stack. 3 unit plan. Flat brick arches over plank door set
within lean-to porch with trellised sides, and 2 to 3-light casements with glazing
bars; small one-light casements tucked beneath eaves. Interior not inspected but
noted as having plain Arts and Crafts style plank doors and fireplaces. Winner of
Class IV of the 1905 Cheap Cottages Exhibition.
