Former dairy, now offices. Mid 1790s, refurbished and converted 1981-2.
Colourwashed roughcast, hipped slate roof, flat eaves. One storey; 3 bays.
Centre bay is projecting and canted. 3-light windows with ovolo wooden
mullions, the outer windows with horizontal glazing bars. C20 doors flank
projection. Front and sides have continuous verandah, rebuilt C20, with pent
slate roof on wooden posts. Interior has been stripped of original fittings.
