House. Circa 1830-40. Whitewashed render, hipped slate roof, whitewashed
render chimneys with rows of square white brick shafts. Double pile. 2 storeys
and cellars; 3 bays. Flat eaves, 4-pane sashes, central half-glazed door with
rectangular fanlight. Lean-to set back to left with ramped parapet; matching
1950s extension set back to right. Rear has central arched staircase window
with cast iron glazing bars and intersecting tracery. Interior has contemporary
plaster ceiling cornices, door architraves and shutters, and staircase with cast
iron balustrade.
