Pair of houses, now one. C18, joined in early C20. Timber frame
roughcast with dark weatherboarded apron and tall hipped straw
thatched roof. A long, rectangular, single-storey, central chimney
plan building, facing S. Shared red brick chimney stack in centre

casement windows. Entrance into main room with end bay axially
divided into 2 inner rooms. The interior is ceiled, with the
roofspace unused. Interesting survival of a rural house-type.
