House, now house and shop. C17 or earlier. Timber frame on
stucco sill, roughcast with steep old red tile roofs. L-plan,
one and a half storeys house facing E. Front has 3 gabled
dormers at the eaves with 2-light C19 casement windows, central
4-panel, half-glazed door in moulded frame with flat hood on
shaped brackets, 3-light C19 flush casement window with hood to
LH, and early C20 shopfront to RH. Large S gable chimney rising
through front slope. Good tarred moulded plank door in N gable.
Dark weatherboarded rear wall and later plastered lean-to. Box
dormer at rear. One and a half storeys rear wing at SW.
