Bridge carrying railway over road. 1837. Robert Stephenson, engineer,
for London and Birmingham Railway. Stock brick skew arch with stone
voussoirs to both faces. Battered pilaster buttresses to splayed
abutments. Stone bands to parapets, which are largely rebuilt. Tunnel is
about 25m long.
