2 houses. Lintel reads: "G A/1680" with later alterations. Roughcast stone
with slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Double-chamfered-mullioned windows with
plaster label moulds; ground floor has 3-light windows, 3rd bay with small
casement fire window to right. 1st floor has cross-mullion windows. Entrance
to 2nd bay has dated embattled lintel, 6-fielded-panel door and open timber
gabled porch. 4th bay has entrance with hipped porch in re-entrant angle formed
by projection of Nos. 3 and 4 (q.v.). Gable-end stack and cross-axial stack.
Rear has lean-to outshut and small-paned window and pivoted casements to 1st
floor. A C17 house apparently given a more picturesque appearance in the 1840s
to match the rest of the village.
