Offices, formerly 2 cottages. C15-C16 in origin, with cruck truss in central
partition wall. Mostly rebuilt early-mid C19 in 2 builds, with some C20 altera-
tion. Colourwashed brick with dentil eaves and C20 tile roofs. Central T-plan
rendered chimney. 2 storeys; 2 bays. Taller left bay has C20 shop window to
ground floor, 3-pane sash above, and C20 glazed door with segmental head to
left. Lower right bay has C20 wooden casements and C20 glazed door to right,
all with C19 segmental heads. Interior has cruck truss with one blade mostly
concealed, some timber studs in wall below, stop-chamfered spine beams, and
lintel of blocked fireplace.
