Farmhouse, now house. Probably late C17 to early C18 with later alterations.
Sandstone rubble plinth, timber-frame with plaster infill and sandstone exten-
sion. Welsh and asbestos slate roof with brick stack. Two bays aligned east/
west. Two storeys. North elevation has one window, an early C20 casement of
two lights to right hand side. Ground floor has two casements, both early
C20 and of two lights, to left and a pair of 4-paned C20 windows flanking
filletted ledged C20 door to right. Frame is three square panels high from
cill to wall-plate. Angle struts from main posts to wall-plates. Catslide
roofed mid-C19 extension to rear. Interior (not inspected) noted as having
heavy ceiling beams (RCHM, Vol I, p 17).
