Farmhouse. C17 and C18. Sandstone rubble, timber-frame and brick with
Welsh slate roofs. Brick end stacks. Irregular E-plan with C17 timber-
framed and sandstone arms projecting north-east from main C18 brick range.
Two storeys. South-west elevation has five windows, glazing bar sashes
with gauged brick heads. Brick plat band and sandstone plinth. Central
glazed early C20 door flanked by a pair of diaper patterns in brickwork.
Hipped roof and brick end stacks. Rear elevation has three projecting
timber-framed gables with exposed V-struts. Attached to northernmost
arm is a high sandstone stable and loft, the south entrance to which has
a dropped keystone. Interior not inspected. (RCHM Vol I, p 17).
