5/24 Stables about 50 yards
west of Laddin Farmhouse

GV II

Stables. Probably mid-C18. Timber-frame with brick infill on high brick
plinth and tiled roof. Four or five structural bays aligned roughly north/
south. Two levels. East elevation: two slatted openings one to each outer
side of a pair of roughly central stable doors. Loft opening to south gable,
stable door to right hand side. Frame is two panels high from cill to wall-
plate. Interior: curved principals rise from loft floor to collars.
