Circa 1800. Primitive small house, once a beer house, built in 2 phases.
1 storey, 3 windows. Thatched roof. Older western walls of cob, eastern
part of painted brickwork; recess in centre of north elevation (former
serving hatch) now walled up. Old wooden casements. Boarded doors in
solid frames. Remains of folding bench (or counter) in the north recess.
