House. C16 with later extension. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone; stone slate roof with ashlar stacks. Complex plan
comprising a rectangular main body with later extensions at right
angles. Single storey, 2-storey and 2 storeys and attic. East
front with gable end of main body at centre with 2-storey wing at
right angles to left and single-storey extension at right angles to
the right. Single-light, 2, 3 and 4-light hollow-chamfered stone-
mullioned casements with Tudor-arched heads and stone-mullioned
casements to the ground and first floors; 3-light stone-mullioned
casement and bull's-eye to the central gable. South front with C19
or early C20 two, 3 and 4-light stone-mullioned casements, some
with Tudor-arched heads. Bow window with double glass door with
glazing bars within a Tudor-arched surround flanked by stone-
mullioned casements with Tudor-arched heads. All casements with
leaded panes. Flat gable end coping and gable-end stacks.
