Former farmhouse. Probably early C18. Brick-nogged timber
framing, brick gable, tiled. Two-rooms, 1 1/2 storeys. Front facade:
framing alternately 2 and 3 panels high, main floor beams tenoned
through studs. Boarded door to right of centre; peaked hood with
corrugated iron roof, timber post on right, post on left missing.
Two-light casement on right, 6-pane window to left: brick end wall
shows on left end. Two-light casement in lean-to dormer. Brick
gable left return, large brick external chimney base, offset to
chimney above. Projecting brick wing on left of front, added,
single-storey. Exterior faced wet-dash render at some stage,
largely fallen off.
