Farmhouse; C17; timber-framed, brick nogging: end bay faced boarding and corrugated iron. Brick chimney and gable: slate roof to house, corrugated iron to store extension. Three bays, single storey with attics or loft. Back facade to lane: two bays exposed timber-frame, three panels high, straight braces main-post to wallplate. C20 metal window on ground floor in left bay, four-pane wooden in right. Third bay store, partly hidden by C19 brick lean-to extension. Lean-to dormer with four-pane wooden window over second bay. Left gable, large brick chimney outside body of house, reducing in brick, with later lean-to brick extension with corrugated iron roof. Roof line raised. Right gable double boarded doors on left, wall faced butt-jointed boarding, gable faced corrugated iron, with boarded door left of centre. Entrance on side opposite lane. Roof probably originally thatched.
