Barn. Dated and initialled 'E * R / 1785' over lintel to double
doorway to the south-west front. Coursed limestone rubble with
dressed stone quoins; stone slate and artificial stone slate
roofing. Rectangular plan with a projecting porch on the north-
east. South-west front: double plank doors off-centre right. with
a timber lintel. Ventilation slit to the right with a pitching
window above. Wooden steps up to plank door to loft to the left of
the doorway. Double doors (covering a blocked entrance) to the
projecting porch on the opposite side. Ventilation slits in the
gable ends. Interior: 4 bays with the original collar and tie
beam trusses, rafters replaced C20.
