Cottage at end of row. Late C18-early C19 with later extension.
Blind quatrefoil dated and initialled '1725 / T.P.' (or D), on the
projecting stack at the north gable end probably not original.
Thinly-bedded coursed squared and dressed limestone with dressed
stone quoins; stone slate roof; stacks restored C20 with dressed
stone quoins. Rectangular plan with later extension to the left
gable end. Main body: 2 storeys, attic and cellar, single storey
extension. Symmetrical 2-windowed facade lit by C19 three-light
segmental-headed metal casements; single central 2-light slate-
hung hipped roof dormer. Central C20 segmental-headed part-glazed
door with gabled canopy supported on moulded brackets. Extension:
central partially blocked segmental-headed doorway with 2-light
casement inserted in the blocking. Projecting gable-end stack at
the left gable end of the main body. Gable-end stack to the
extension. Interior not inspected.
