Detached house. Early-mid C19 with late C19 porch. Ashlar, slate
roof with limestone gable coping and ashlar stacks. Plan:
rectangular body with central porch. Symmetrical facade. 3
storeys. 3-windowed: 9-pane sashes to third floor; 12-pane sashes
below. Beaded architraves. Central gabled porch with plate glass
window at front. Panelled door with fanlight within porch. Flat
gable coping and moulded stone eaves cornice. Gable end stacks
with moulded caps.
