Formerly two cottages in range of three, converted to one house,
adjoining section on left restored and no longer of special
interest. Random coursed rubble stone, quoin strips, stone slate
roof with coped verges and large brick ridge stack on main ridge
and small brick ridge stack on forward-projecting gable. Single
large range including left hand wing, with central forward-
projecting gabled wing at lower level, single storey and attic or 2
storeys. Large gable has 2-light stone mullion with square
hoodmould on first floor, 3-light on ground floor. upper section
of gable has 2 plain stone bands with small blocked cross banded
stone window between. Small gable to right on main section with 2-
light stone mullion with square hoodmould, 3-light below. C20
lean-to porch on right hand return of large gable.
Interior has stone newel stair round main brick ridge stack.
