Complex of two adjoining barns and stable, currently in use as a
museum of farm implements and practices (May 1985). Probably late
C18. Random coursed rubble stone, stone slate roof. Two adjoining
barns of 5 bays to left, 3 bays to right, collar and tie beam
trusses and dividing partition wall, slightly lower roof line to
smaller barn, each with projecting gabled cart entry on south-east
face. To left, double doors replaced with corrugated plastic
sheeting, gabled opposed entry to north-west. To right, double
doors in position, flush opposed entry. Lean-to between projecting
entries on south-east side, supported on 2 wooden posts. Lower
stable building adjoining on far right with stable door, brick
floor and restored wooden stalls and manger.
