Barn and horse engine house attached to farmhouse on south side.
Early C18 barn and C19 horse engine house. Rubble stone with
Cotswold stone slate roof. Barn of 5 bays with central opposed
cart entry projecting on both sides. First 2 bays to north
separated by stone wall, then 2 tie beam trusses with diagonal
cross braced struts. Horse engine house in south east corner with
curved outer wall. Lean-to structures against barn to north east
and south west. Raised and coped verge separates barn from house
roof line at north end. South gable-end has owl hole and blocked
pitch hole below. Included for group value with star Farmhouse
(q.v.).
