Circa 1700 altered. Two and a half storeys, coursed and squared rubble with Cotswold
stone roof, coped verges, modern chimneys. Five modern gabled dormers. Five windows,
mostly 2-light with stone mullions, the left hand windows glazing bar sashes in
architraves; half-glazed doors in centre.
North front: 2-storeys. Four ranges of 2-light mullion windows on 1st floor, only one
survives on ground floor; lower projecting gabled extension to left conceals left hand
bay; glazed entrance in angle with this. Lean-to porch to right of centre.
In spite of modernisation, still listable on account of its position in Lower Street.
