Dated 1851, 3 pairs of 2 storey and attic gable-fronted semi-detached cottages, all
with rear access, and linked by single storey lobbies. Built of coursed rubble with
slate roofs, with chimneys in central ridge position. 1:2:1 bays each, 2 and 3-light
casement windows with 4 centred arch heads in Estate style (Northwick or Batsford).
Scalloped bargeboards to gables and eaves.
