GV II


Farmhouse. Probably late C18 with later additions and alterations. Pinkish-
brown brick in Flemish bond with red brick dressings and gauged Westmorland
slate roof. Double-range plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance a
6-fielded-panel door with overlight under flat arch of red rubbed brick.
4-pane sashes throughout all under flat arches of red rubbed brick. Wooden
modillion eaves band. Roof hipped to left. Ridge and end stacks.
