House. Mid-late C18 with minor C19 alterations. Yellow-brown brick in
Flemish bond, with later refacing to lower courses. Pantile roof. 2-room,
central entrance-hall plan with continuous rear outshut. 2 storeys with
attic, 3 bays; symmetrical. Entrance has pilastered doorcase with
entablature and flat hood; half-glazed panelled door beneath dentilled
lintel and plain overlight in reveal. C19 4-pane sashes in C18 slightly-
recessed wooden architraves with sills beneath keyed stucco flat arches;
slightly narrower painted dummy window above entrance. Stepped and
dentilled brick eaves cornice. Stone-coped gables with shaped kneelers.
End stack to left, right stack removed. Small attic casements to gable
ends. Interior. Ground floor left has chamfered spine beam and arched
alcoves flanking fireplace; boxed-in spine beam to ground floor right. Not
fully investigated. Empty and unoccupied at time of resurvey.
