House: early C18. Flemish bond brickwork with irregularities to
front, on roughly squared-coursed stone up to ground floor window
sills: gables and rear walls coursed rubble: slate roof. Single-
room plan, central stairs, gable chimneys, part lean-to to rear.
2 storey with attics. Symmetrical facade, 5 windows: 2-light
mullion and transom, original iron-casements, leaded lights:
Cambered heads ground floor, elliptical first floor. Plain string
course 1st floor, moulded timber eaves. Original panelled front
door, with plain shell hood on consoles over. One chimney ashlar,
one rendered brick.
