3 houses, now 2 houses. Early C19. Red brick with gauged red brick
arches and slate roof hipped to N end. A block of 3 small houses, facing
W, the front of the N house at a slight angle due to bend in road. 2
storeys and cellar. 3 windows to each floor and 3 doors. N house has
recessed sash window to 1st floor with 8/8 panes and flat gauged arch,
plank door and 6/6 sash both with timber lintels. Other 2 houses each
have similar 1st floor window, a triple-sash window below and door to
right, both with flat gauged arches. Little altered example. Included
for group value.
