Shop with house over. Early C19. Buff brick with plastered eaves soffit
to hipped slate roof. A 3-storeys and cellar building on street frontage
facing W. Central recessed shop window with cellar opening below and a
round arched doorway on each side. 2 steps each to half-glazed 4-panel
door with reeded transom and semi-circular fanlight. 2 windows to each
floor above. Recessed sash windows with flat gauged arches and stone
sills. 8/8 panes on 1st floor but squarer windows on 2nd floor with 4/4
panes. Included for group value.
