1898 formerly the chapel and hall for the Aston Union Cottage Homes, at the
north end of the west side of the avenue. Simple Queen Anne brick design
with gabled front. The hall on the north side has a north elevation of tall
round headed windows, each bay articulated by shallow buttresses and surmounted
by pediment gables.
