Former dower house, in use as a church (Holy Trinity) at the time of listing, and following the construction of a new church (1987) became the church hall. Built 1843. Pebble-dash with painted ashlar dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays, the 5th bay breaks forward under crow-stepped gable with projecting stack which has lozenge and coat of arms. Windows have architraves, those to ground floor have label moulds and ovolo mullions to 2-light windows to 1st 2 bays, single light to 4th bay; 1st floor has 2-light single-chamfered mullioned windows with crow-stepped gables to 1st 3 bays, 4th bay has single triangular-head light. Windows are sashed.C20 gabled porch has round-headed entrance. Cross-axial and rear stacks. Right return of 3 bays, similar to above, ground floor windows have transoms, 1st floor has 2:4:2-light windows, gablets with finials; all windows have casements. Left return has C20 porch and merlon. Rear is utilitarian, 1st bay recessed under gable, one crow-stepped gablet and end wing with single-pitched roof. Built as dower house for Poulton Hall though not used as such.
