Barn. Probably C17. Timber-framed on stone base with cruck
framing, stone extension; slate roof. 5 bays, 1st 3 bays
are timber-framed. Brick infill to framing. Large barn
entrance and 2 smaller entrances to 3rd and 4th bays; some
pitching holes; 3rd bay has stone external stair to granary
door. 4th bay has gabled half dormer with pitching hole.
End wide opening with timber lintel. Interior has 3 cruck
trusses, through purlins and wind braces; central truss has
framing with daub and wattle panels.
