Dwelling and shop, part of a terrace. C18 for Richard Rigby. Probably
plastered brick. Red plain tiled roof. Rear chimney stack. 2 storeys and
attics. Flat headed dormer with C20 window to right. Plinth, right and left
pilasters, central band. 2 small paned vertically sliding sash windows, moulded
surrounds to first floor, similar window to ground floor, central shop window
with glazing bars, small canopy over. Step approach to left. 4 panel 2 light
door, fanlight over with segmental head. q.v. 3/227.
