House, part of a terrace. CL8 for Richard Rigby. Probably plastered brick.
Red plain tiled roof. No chimney stack visible from road. 2 storeys and
attics. 2 light flat headed dormer. Plinth. 2 first floor small paned
vertically sliding sash windows, moulded surrounds, similar to ground floor
right, but with glazing bars and horns. Left 6 panelled door, reveal panels,
moulded pilasters with capitals and bases, frieze, flat canopy. Step approach.
