Including No 8 Tower Street.
Early C19 terrace range of three storeys in stucco. Paired pilasters
with anthemion ornament divide the windows. Two moulded stucco bands
throughout. Nos 11 to 29 have modillion eaves cornice. No 21 to 29 have
no modillions and the cornice breaks forward over pilasters, there is
a small panelled parapet. Nos 11 to 27 have two windows each, the rest
have one, all in moulded shouldered architraves, sashes with glazing bars
(Nos 21 to 27 without glazing bars). Nos 9, 11 and 27 and No 8 Tower
Street have pilastered doorcases with hoods on console brackets and rectangular
fanlights. The rest have recessed doors in pairs with segmental plain
arched entrances. Five-panel doors and rectangular fanlights, Nos 15 to
25 replaced by modern glazed doors. All have blind panels in each storey
above doorways. No 11 and No 8 Tower Street are the end elevations, three
windows, some blind, same design.

Nos 1 to 29 (odd) and No 8 Tower Street form a group.
