Early c19, Stucco. New tile roof replaces original. Nos 1 and 3 form
main building: parapet and cornice, two storeys, five windows, moulded
shouldered architraves, sashes with glazing bars. Moulded cornices on
console brackets over panelled doors with rectangular fanlights in moulded
shouldered architraves. Moulded string at first floor level. Pilasters
at ends with Anthemion ornament, the moulded cornice breaking forward
over them. No 5 is set back on left and is of two storeys, two windows,
same design. Right-hand return elevation facing Regent Road, five windows
(three window bays are modern) same design, vehicle entrance on right.
Restored and added to at rear.

Nos 1 to 29 (odd) and No 8 Tower Street form a group.
