Farmhouse, now house. Later C17, altered, recently renovated. Sandstone
rubble with quoins, slate roof. L-shaped: 2-bay end-baffle-entry plan with
short outshut to 1st bay. Two storeys; rebuilt masonry in place of former
doorway at right hand end, evidence of another former doorway to 1st bay, 3
double-chamfered mullioned windows on each floor: at ground floor 4 lights
to 1st bay, 4 and 3 lights to 2nd bay; at 1st floor all of 3 lights (both
windows at right hand end are modern restorations). Left gable has small
chamfered light near rear corner of ground floor, a 2-light flush mullion
window above, and stone ledges each side of the head of this window
(purpose unknown). Stone gable copings, cut-down chimney at right gable.
