Office building, extending over entry to Sweeting Street.
1880's. 3 storeys, basement and attic; 5 bays. Basement
shop; ground floor has 3-bay central break forward and
round-arched entrance up steps with pilasters and carved
frieze. 1st floor has windows and 4 pairs of attached
Corinthian columns with continuous frieze and dentilled
cornice. 2nd floor has round-arched windows with aedicules.
Top floor rises only over centre 3 bays, and has dentilled
cornice and segmental pediment; 5 acroteria.
