House. Late C18. English garden wall bond brick with stone
dressings, graduated stone slate roof and rendered right
gable. Double-depth single-bay house with 2 storeys (plus
attic) and C20 lean-to garage against right and lean-to
against rear. Door to left with dressed surround and 4-pane
overlight. 5 and 6-light flat-faced stone mullion windows.
Similar windows to gable and rear. Gable chimney stack. An
early example of brick building in what was still a
predominantly stone area.
