Terrace house. 1692 with C19 alterations. Stock brick, slate roof. Similar though
slightly smaller in scale to Nos. 26-28. 4 storeys. 3 windows wide. Ground floor
has mid C20 restaurant front under fascia. Upper floors have flush framed sash
windows under flat gauged rubbed arches and with rubbed dressings. Rubbed brick
cornice below attic storey (possibly added c.1770), parapet with coping. Interior
retains despite alterations considerable amount of original fielded panelling, box
cornices and part of upper flights of closed string turned baluster staircase etc.
